Grüt Mettmenstetten im Säuliamt

This is an old farmhouse from 1798 near Mettmenstetten, the place is called "Grüt". Each time passing by I was so fascinated. Today I took the chance and I really enjoyed sketching sitting in front of it, experiencing the whole atmosphere, talking with an older lady who has been living inside it for more than 51 yerars (I guess since she married the farmer whose family owned it). Fantastic scenery illuminated by the evening sun.
